In this project I had the opportunity to work with the Chocolataria Equador in a collaboration that consisted in the development of calligraphy to be applied on a label. I've always loved the classic side of chocolate, and in this project my idea was to combine the classic with the urban.
I started by experimenting with handwriting in graffiti, with words from the vocabulary of the chocolate shop for the dark chocolate with port wine. The overlay of the handwriting immediately created spots with very intense graphics that later result in patterns of various colors and textures behind the classic label of the chocolate bars from Chocolataria Equador. Exploring other versions, I also made 3 calligraphys to be the highlight of the chocolate tablet, which would work as special editions where the main handwriting and the pattern are connect, and Design starts to work as a whole.

Finally, I developed a premium version applied to a box, where the relationship between the classic and the urban is achieved, between the delicate and the rebellious, a spirit that for me translates to Porto city.
